Report and Recommendation means the written analysis, report, medical opinion, and recommendation prepared by a Medical Advisor who has reviewed and evaluated the Completed Application and Disability Catalog and that is provided to assist the Board in making a decision on the Application.

  • Promptly after the Bankruptcy Court issues a Report and Recommendation which recommends entry of an order by the District Court approving this Agreement, the Litigation Trust and Anadarko shall seek approval of the Report and Recommendation by the District Court, consistent and in compliance with the District Court’s Amended Standing Order of Reference, 12 Misc.
