Nothing in this Agreement will limit Osprey’s collection or Osprey’s or its affiliates’ use of any aggregate, anonymous data, statistics, or other information derived from Customer Content, Reported Information, or usage by Customer of the Services (collectively, “Derived Data”) during or after the term of this Agreement.
