Reports to Certificateholders. The Trustee will prepare and deliver monthly Certificateholder Reports. The Special Servicer will prepare and deliver to the Trustee a monthly Special Servicer Report summarizing the status of each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan. The Master Servicer and the Special Servicer will prepare and deliver to the Trustee an annual report setting forth, among other things, the debt service coverage ratios for each Mortgage Loan, as available. Each of the reports will be available to the Certificateholders. A Report containing information regarding the Mortgage Loans will be available electronically. This information is being delivered to a specific number of prospective sophisticated investors in order to assist them in determining whether they have an interest in the type of security described hrein.
