Representation Contract definition

Representation Contract means any agreement between an Intermediary (on the one hand), and a Player and/or Club (on the other), the purpose or effect of which is to cover the provision of Intermediary Activity. A Representation Contract must comply with the Obligatory Terms of the Standard Representation Contract;

Examples of Representation Contract in a sentence

  • An Intermediary must not give, offer or seek to offer, any consideration of any kind, either directly or indirectly, to a Player (or any family member of that Player) in relation to entering into a Representation Contract with that Intermediary.

  • An Intermediary cannot enter into a Representation Contract with a Minor unless it is countersigned by the Minor’s parent or legal guardian with parental responsibility.
