Represented participant definition
Represented participant for a given Participant Representative means that Participant Representative, if a natural person, or the Participant which employs or appoints as its agent that Participant Representative.
Represented participant means a participant in an adjudication whose interests are presented by a representative.
Represented participant means a covered employee in a unit of employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement who (i) as of December 31, 2008, participated in the Prior Plan, and (ii) after such date, became a participant in this WPAHS Subplan and who, at the relevant time, is a covered employee.
