Reproductions definition

Reproductions means copies, photographs, replicas or any other reproduction (in any format) of Creative Works.
Reproductions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Reproductions in a sentence

  • Reproductions in printed or electronic form of Academic Works may be provided to sponsors of such Academic Works.

  • Reproductions of such material may be made by hand or copying machine, if available.

  • Reproductions of this executed original (with reproduced signatures) will be deemed to be original counterparts of this Agreement.

  • Reproductions (photographic, facsimile or otherwise) of this Amendment may be made and relied upon to the same extent as though such reproduction was an original.

  • Reproductions of final drawings for construction produced under this Agreement shall be the same as at least one record set which shall be furnished to Owner and which shall be signed by and bear the seal of such registered engineer.

  • Reproductions of technical data and computer software, or any portions thereof subject to asserted restrictions, shall also reproduce the asserted restrictions.

  • Reproductions of such material may be made by hand or copying machine if available.

  • Reproductions of original signature via pdf/scanned signatures shall be deemed an original for purposes of execution of this instrument.

  • Reproductions of final drawings for construction produced under this Agreement shall be the same as at least one record set which shall be furnished to Owner and which shall be signed by and bear the seal of such registered architect.

  • Reproductions of this executed original (with reproduced signatures) will be deemed to be original counterparts of this Subcontract.
