Repurchase Facilities means financing facilities structured as a repurchase facility.

  • Borrower acknowledges receipt of the Loan, the proceeds of which shall be used solely to contribute capital to certain Affiliates of Borrower, which Affiliates shall use such funds to immediately repay all amounts outstanding under the Repurchase Facilities.
