Repurchase Limitation definition

Repurchase Limitation has the meaning given to it in Article 49.2.
Repurchase Limitation has the meaning specified in the definition of Alternative Payment Mechanism.
Repurchase Limitation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).
