Repurchase Notice definition

Repurchase Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(a).

• The Repurchase Notice shall set forth the aggregate consideration to be paid for such Repurchase Equity as determined in accordance with Section 5(c)(ii) and the time and place for the closing of such transaction.
