REPURCHASE SECURITIES definition

REPURCHASE SECURITIES means all Repurchase Shares, all U.S. Treasury obligations sold to CLF by Sub 1 pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof and any securities obtained by CLF pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof.
REPURCHASE SECURITIES has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • NIM Securities Any debt securities secured or otherwise backed by some or all of the Class X and Class P Certificates that are rated by one or more Rating Agencies.

  • Additional Purchased Securities Securities provided by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Paragraph 4(a) hereof;

  • Lock-Up Securities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5.

  • BofA Securities means BofA Securities, Inc.

  • Repurchase Offer means an offer made by the Company to purchase all or any portion of a Holder’s Securities pursuant to Section 4.10 or 4.13 hereof.
