Repurchased Collateral Obligation definition

Repurchased Collateral Obligation means, with respect to any Collection Period, any Collateral Obligation as to which the Repurchase Amount has been deposited in the Collection Account by or on behalf of the Borrower or the Investment Manager, as applicable, on or before the immediately prior Reporting Date and any Collateral Obligation purchased by the Equityholder pursuant to the Sale Agreement as to which the Repurchase Amount has been deposited in the Collection Account by or on behalf of the Equityholder.
Repurchased Collateral Obligation means, with respect to any Collection Period, any Collateral Obligation as to which the Repurchase Amount has been deposited in the Collection Account by or on behalf of the Borrower or the Servicer, as applicable, on or before the immediately prior Reporting Date and any Collateral Obligation purchased by the Equityholder pursuant to the Sale Agreement as to which the Repurchase Amount has been deposited in the Collection Account by or on behalf of the Equityholder.

  • Indication of the Collateral Agent’s (for the benefit of the Secured Parties) security interest shall be deleted from or modified on the Borrower’s computer systems when, and only when, the Collateral in question shall have been paid in full, the security interest under this Agreement has been released in accordance with its terms, upon such Collateral Obligation becoming a Repurchased Collateral Obligation, Substituted Collateral Obligation or otherwise as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • Attributable Receivables Indebtedness means, at any time, the principal amount of Indebtedness which (i) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a lending agreement or other similar agreement, constitutes the principal amount of such Indebtedness or (ii) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a purchase agreement or other similar agreement, would be outstanding at such time under the Permitted Receivables Facility if the same were structured as a lending agreement rather than a purchase agreement or such other similar agreement (whether such amount is described as “capital” or otherwise).
