Reputation Crisis definition

Reputation Crisis means a negative statement authorized and published by, or on behalf of, any Investigating Authority regarding any Insured Person who is a chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief legal officer, director or equivalent executive of the Named REIT provided that such statement is included in a press release or published in any print or electronic media outlet.
