Request and Acceptance Letter definition

Request and Acceptance Letter means the letter from the Fund to the Auction Agent pursuant to which the Fund appoints the Auction Agent and the Auction Agent accepts its appointment as auction agent for the MuniPreferred.
Request and Acceptance Letter means the letter from the Fund, Adviser and Auction Agent to BD pursuant to which the BD is appointed as a Broker Dealer for each series of TAPS issued by a Fund.
