Examples of Request for a Change Order in a sentence

  • Request for a Change Order arising out of a Written Notice will not be considered without the attachment thereto of a copy of the referenced Written Notice.

  • From time to time, the OWNER or the ENGINEER may issue a Request for a Change Order Proposal.

  • Change Order means a written modification of the Contract between Owner and Contractor, signed by Owner, Contractor, and A/E.
