Request for Funding means: (a) a statement, in the form found on the Website, addressed to the IESO from the Recipient that specifies a Disbursement amount and confirms, in a manner satisfactory to the IESO, the Project Expenses paid by the Recipient in respect of the Work; and (b) the supporting documents as required for each Disbursement, including: (i) a Project Expense Report; (ii) a statement containing all of the representations and warranties outlined in Section 2.1(b); (iii) Invoice(s) for any and all consideration paid, in a form permitted by the Funding Agreement, for External Resources, and corresponding Proof of Payment with respect to the same; and (iv) copies of Timesheets for services completed by Internal Resources and corresponding Proof of Payment with respect to the same.

Grantee shall submit to Triumph a separate Request for Funding for each Budget category on the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein (a “Request for Funding”) in accordance with the Budget and shall submit information pursuant to a SmartSheet system by Grantee’s authorized users listed in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein.

If the IESO provides instructions for resubmission of the Request for Funding Report, the Recipient must comply with any such instructions, amend its Request for Funding Report, and re-submit it to the IESO.

More Definitions of Request for Funding

Request for Funding means a statement addressed to NWMO from the Municipality that specifies a requested Quarterly Disbursement. Second Year means the portion of the Term from January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022. Third Year means the portion of the Term from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023. Work Plan means the work plan for Core Funding Activities, the Community Well-Being Activities, Early Investments in Education and Skills and the identified Near- Term Investment Activities attached as Schedule B as updated from time to time.

Request for Funding has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(e) of this Agreement.

Request for Funding shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a). “Reporting Date” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.01.
