Required Additional Capital Contribution definition

Required Additional Capital Contribution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

Examples of Required Additional Capital Contribution in a sentence

  • The failure of a Member to make a Requested Additional Capital Contribution pursuant to Section 3.2(b) or a Required Additional Capital Contribution pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(vi) or (vii) shall not constitute a default or breach by the Defaulting Member under this Agreement.

  • The amount of each Required Additional Capital Contribution shall be determined by the Board of Managers.

  • Each such Member shall deposit its Required Additional Capital Contribution, if any, by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the designated depositary institution and account of the Company on or before the date set forth in the Required Additional Capital Contribution Notice.
