Required Amount definition

Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.
Required Amount means, for any day, the sum of the aggregate amount of interest, calculated at the rate per annum equal to the Stated Interest Rate for the Class A Certificates, that would be payable on the Class A Certificates on each of the three successive semi-annual Regular Distribution Dates immediately following such day or, if such day is a Regular Distribution Date, on such day and the succeeding two semi-annual Regular Distribution Dates, in each case calculated on the basis of the Pool Balance of the Class A Certificates on such day and without regard to expected future distributions of principal on the Class A Certificates.

Examples of Required Amount in a sentence

  • There are no conditions precedent or other contingencies related to the funding of the Required Amount, other than as expressly set forth in the Financing Letters.

  • Promptly following each date on which the Required Amount is reduced as a result of a reduction in the Pool Balance of the Class AA Certificates or otherwise, the Maximum Commitment shall automatically be reduced to an amount equal to such reduced Required Amount (as calculated by the Borrower); provided that on (or, as applicable, immediately following) the first Regular Distribution Date, the Maximum Commitment shall automatically be reduced to the then Required Amount.

Required Amount means with respect to each Liquidity Facility or Cash Collateral Account, for any day, the sum of the aggregate amount of interest, calculated at the rate per annum equal to the Stated Interest Rate for the related Class of Certificates, that would be payable on such Class of Certificates on each of the three successive Regular Distribution Dates immediately following such day or, if such day is a Regular Distribution Date, on such day and the succeeding two Regular Distribution Dates, in each case calculated on the basis of the Pool Balance of such Class of Certificates on such day and without regard to expected future distributions of principal on such Class of Certificates.
