Class C Required Amount definition

Class C Required Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).
Class C Required Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).
Class C Required Amount means the amount determined by the Servicer on each Business Day in a Monthly Period equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) if the Class A Certificates and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, interest accrued on the Class C Certificates for the prior Monthly Period, (ii) if the Class A Certificates and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, any interest due on the Class C Certificates but not paid on any previous Distribution Date plus any Class C Additional Interest previously due but not paid to the Class C Certificateholders on a prior Distribution Date, (iii) if Green Tree or an Affiliate of Green Tree is no longer the Servicer, the Class C Floating Allocation Percentage of the Servicing Fee for the prior Monthly Period and (iv) the Class C Floating Allocation Percentage of the Investor Default Amount, to the extent not previously paid, for any Business Day in the prior Monthly Period over (y) the Series Available Interest Collections plus any Excess Interest Collections from other Series allocated with respect to the amounts described in clauses (x)(i) through (iv).

  • Each share of Class C Common Stock shall convert automatically into one (1) fully paid and non-assessable share of Class A Common Stock when the Class C Holder (or its Permitted Transferee) owns less than the Class C Required Amount.

  • Additionally, if at any time the Class C Holder (or its Permitted Transferee) owns less than the Class C Required Amount (a "Class C Voting Event," and together with a Class C Voting Election, a "Class C Voting Conversion"), the rights of the Class C Holder to vote as a separate class with respect to any matter (except as required by law) shall cease and be eliminated.

More Definitions of Class C Required Amount

Class C Required Amount means, for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amounts described in subsection 4.05(d) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.05.

Class C Required Amount means the amount determined by the Servicer on each Business Day equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) Class C Interest for the then current Monthly Period, (ii) any Carryover Class C Interest, (iii) if DMCCB or an Affiliate of DMCCB is no longer the Servicer, the Class C Floating Allocation Percentage of the Servicing Fee for the then current Monthly Period, (iv) the Class C Floating Allocation Percentage of the Default Amount, if any, for such Business Day and, to the extent not previously paid, for any previous Business Day in such Monthly Period, (v) the Class C Percentage of the Series Allocation Percentage of the Adjustment Payment required to be made by the Trans- feror but not made on the related Transfer Date and (vi) the unreimbursed amount by which the Class C Invested Amount has been reduced on prior Business Days pursuant to clauses (c) and (d) of the definition of Class C Invested Amount over (y) the Available Series 1997-1 Finance Charge Collections plus any Excess Finance Charge Collections from other Series and any Transferor Finance Charge Collections allocated with respect to the amounts described in clauses (x)(i) through (vi) above.
Class C Required Amount means, in the case of the Class C Holder, a number of shares equal to thirty percent (30%) of the Class C Base Amount. The Class C Base Amount shall be equal to _______________ shares of Class C Common Stock, which shall be increased to give effect to stock dividends and stock splits and shall be decreased to give effect to reverse stock splits and repurchases by the corporation of the Class C Common Stock approved by the Board in accordance with the bylaws.
Class C Required Amount means the amount, if any, equal to the sum of (a) the amount, if any, by which the sum of (i) the Class C Monthly Interest for such Distribution Date, plus (ii) the Class C Deficiency Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date, plus (iii) the Class C Investor Loss Amount, if any, for the prior Due Period, plus (iv) the Class C Investor Dilution Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date exceeds the amount of Excess Spread available to be applied to such amounts pursuant to subsections 4.11(h), (i) and (j), plus (b) the amount, if any, by which the sum of (i) the Class C Servicing Fee for the prior Due Period, plus (ii) the Class C Servicing Fee, if any, due but not paid on any prior Distribution Date, exceeds the Class C Available Funds for the related Due Period and the amount of any Excess Spread available to be applied to such amount pursuant to subsection 4.11(g).
