Required Availability definition

Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.
Required Availability means that the sum of (a) Excess Availability, plus (b) Qualified Cash exceeds $25,000,000.
Required Availability means that the sum of (a) Excess Availability, plus (b) Qualified Cash exceeds $10,000,000.
