Required Coverage definition

Required Coverage means the amount by which the Expected Maximum Special Tax Revenues must exceed the Bond debt service and priority Administrative Expenses (if any), as set forth in the Indenture, Certificate of Special Tax Consultant, or other formation or bond document that sets forth the minimum required debt service coverage.

Required Coverage means the amount by which the Maximum CFD Revenues must exceed the Bond debt service and required Administrative Expenses, as set forth in the Indenture.
Required Coverage means (i) for Development Special Tax Bonds, the amount by which the Maximum Development Special Tax Revenues must exceed the Development Special Tax Bond debt service and priority Administrative Expenses (if any), as set forth in the applicable Indenture, Certificate of Special Tax Consultant, or other STD Formation Proceedings or Bond document that sets forth the minimum required debt service coverage; (ii) for Shoreline Special
Required Coverage means the amount by which the Maximum Special Tax revenues must exceed the Bond debt service and required Administrative Expenses, as set forth in the Bond indenture or fiscal agent agreement.
Required Coverage means (i) for Arts Building Special Tax Bonds, the amount by which the Maximum Arts Building Special Tax Revenues must exceed the Arts Building Special Tax Bond debt service and priority Administrative Expenses (if any), as set forth in the applicable Indenture, Certificate of Special Tax Consultant, or other STD Formation Proceedings or Bond document that identifies the minimum required debt service coverage; and (ii) for Facilities Special Tax Bonds, the amount by which the Maximum Facilities Special Tax Revenues must exceed the Facilities Special Tax Bond debt service and priority Administrative Expenses (if any), as set forth in the applicable Indenture, Certificate of Special Tax Consultant, or other STD Formation Proceedings or Bond document that identifies the minimum required debt service coverage.
Required Coverage means the amount by which the Expected Maximum Special Tax Revenues must exceed debt service for the Bonds and required Administrative Expenses, as set forth in the Indenture, Certificate of Special Tax Consultant, or other CFD Update document or bond document that identifies the minimum required debt service coverage.
