Required Delay Period definition
Required Delay Period shall have the meaning in set forth in Section 13(d)(i).
Examples of Required Delay Period in a sentence
The normal payment or distribution schedule for any remaining payments or distributions will resume at the end of the Required Delay Period.
Any payment or distribution so delayed shall be accumulated through and paid within ten (10) days after the end of the Required Delay Period, and the normal payment or distribution schedule for any remaining payments or distributions will resume at the end of the Required Delay Period.
