Required Device definition

Required Device means an iOS device with a version of iOS installed that supports use of Apple Card in your Apple Wallet or an iPadOS device that has a version of iPadOS (as applicable) that supports the use of Apple Card. A Required Device must have internet access and a passcode enabled.

Examples of Required Device in a sentence

  • Without a Required Device, you will only be able to manage your Account by accessing xxxx.xxxxx.xxx or by contacting us by phone or mail, and your Monthly Statement will only be provided to you electronically or by mail.

  • You can add a Card to your Eligible Devices, but you must maintain a Required Device with a digital Card to manage your Account through Apple Wallet.

  • This section explains the differences that apply if you use your Account without a Required Device.

Qualified Devices do not include any device that is: (1) designated as a server and not used as a personal computer, (2) an Industry Device, or (3) not a Managed Device. At its option, the Enrolled Affiliate may designate any device excluded above (e.g., Industry Device) that is used by or for the benefit of the Enrolled Affiliate’s Enterprise as a Qualified Device for all or a subset of Enterprise Products or Online Services the Enrolled Affiliate has selected.

  • Control device means equipment (such as an incinerator or carbon adsorber) used to reduce, by destruction or removal, the amount of air contaminants in an air stream prior to discharge to the ambient air.

  • Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.

  • explosive actuated fastening device means a tool that is activated by an explosive charge and that is used for driving bolts, nails and similar objects for the purpose of providing fixing;

  • Alcohol Screening Device (ASD) means a breath or saliva device, other than an Evidential Breath Testing Device (EBT), that is approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and placed on its Conforming Products List for such devices.

  • Access Device means a card, plate, code, account number, per- sonal identification number, electronic serial number, mobile identi- fication number, or other telecommunications service, equipment, or instrument identifier or means of account access that alone or in conjunction with another device may be used to:

  • Tracking device means equipment that records the location, whether directly or indirectly, of Employees, whether by the use of equipment that uses Global Positioning System (GPS) or by another like means.

  • Prosthetic device means a replacement, corrective, or supportive device, other than contact lenses and dental prosthesis, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that device, worn on or in the body to do 1 or more of the following:

  • Repeat compliance period means any subsequent compliance period after the initial compliance period.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.
