Required job means a job that an applicant
Required job means a job that an applicant commits to create or demonstrate in connection with an eligible project as prescribed by Section 403.604.
Required job means a job, other than a Construction Job, that the Company commits to create or demonstrate for an Eligible Project that: 3.22.1. is a new Full-time Job in this State; 3.22.2. is performed primarily at the site of the Eligible Project, allowing for hybrid work schedules but excluding 100% remote work, by an employee hired by the Company (including a Texans Work Program trainee under Chapter 308, Texas Labor Code), or by the Company’s independent contractor or an employee of the Company’s independent contractor; 3.22.3. was not transferred by the Company from an existing facility or location in this State unless the Company filled the vacancy caused by the transfer; 3.22.4. did not replace an existing job, unless the Company filled the vacancy caused by the replacement; and 3.22.5. pays the Required Wage under this Agreement.

Examples of Required job in a sentence

  • Required job training on employee's time off or on employee's work time shall be compensated at the employee's straight time hourly rate of pay, provided that such time is not regular overtime as defined in Section II, of this Article.

  • Required job training on a unit employee's time off or on unit employee's work time shall be compensated at the unit employee's straight time base hourly rate of pay, provided that such time is not regular overtime as defined in Section II, of this Article.

  • Required Party has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a) of this Agreement.
