Examples of Required Lead Time in a sentence

  • If Professional Services are required by Customer to be scheduled with less than the Required Lead Time, Customer or the Authorized Partner, as applicable, shall pay any actual expenses resulting from higher travel fees should they occur.

  • If Vivint Solar submits a Purchase Order with a Delivery Schedule that does not allow for the Required Lead Time (a “Rush Order”), and Vivint accepts such Purchase Order, Vivint shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fill any such Rush Order, including using the buffer inventory maintained pursuant to Section 7.1, if any, to fulfill any such Rush Order.

  • All Purchase Orders shall be submitted by electronic mail sent to Vivint’s Representative for Purchase Orders and, subject to Section 3.1.4, shall comply with the Required Lead Time.

  • Should Seller reject a Purchase Order pursuant to this Section 2.1.3, Buyer may submit another Purchase Order addressing any rejected Purchase Order and if submitted within ten (10) days of receipt of Seller’s rejection, the date of the accepted Purchase Order shall be the date of the originally rejected Purchase Order for purposes of calculating the Required Lead Time.

  • Unless consented to in writing by Seller, which shall include, without limitation, an Order Acknowledgement, the DeliveryDates in a Delivery Schedule will be no less than sixty (60) days after the date that the applicable Purchase Order is sent by Buyer to Seller pursuant to Section 2.1.2 ("Required Lead Time").

  • BGM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain, or require its CMOs to maintain, a sufficient inventory of all materials and manufacturing capacity needed to manufacture the Manual Test Kits in the quantities ordered by LabCorp, assuming the Required Lead Time is provided by LabCorp.

  • In cases in which LabCorp does not provide the Required Lead Time, BGM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accept and fill such order but may reject such order if it is unable to fill it within the given lead time, in which case BGM shall propose an alternative date of delivery along with its rejection of the purchase order.

  • NEC will use best commercial efforts to ship Product that conforms to the Committed Forecast within the applicable Required Lead Time.

  • Service Specification means and includes detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and as specified in the Contract, as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and specifications affecting the work or any additional specification required to be produced by the Bidder to meet the design criteria.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Corrective Measure means a measure as defined in Article 3, point 16, of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020;

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Goods Specification any specification for the Goods including any relevant plans or drawings, that is agreed in writing by the Reseller and Voip-Unlimited.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • RMA means Return Material Authorization.

  • Local Service Request or "LSR" means the industry standard forms and supporting documentation used for ordering local services.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Local Service Request (LSR) means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.
