Required Locations definition

Required Locations means collectively: (a) the leased premises located at, (i) 3000 Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, (ii) 4000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxx X, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, and (iii) 2000 X. Xxxxxxxxxx Avenue, Lansing MI 48910; and (b) any location leased by Borrower at which books and records relating to Accounts are kept of which duplicates are not kept at the location identified in (a) above.
Required Locations means collectively: (a) the leased premises located at 00000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0, Xxxx Xxxxx, Florida 33913, and (b) any location leased by Borrowers at which books and records relating to Accounts are kept of which duplicates are not kept at the location identified in (a) above.
Required Locations means collectively: (a) the leased premises located at 3001 Griffin Road, Dania Beach, FL 33312 and 4401 N.W. 167th Street, Miami, FL 33055 and (b) any location leased by Borrower at which books and records relating to Accounts are kept of which duplicates are not kept at the location identified in (a) above.

More Definitions of Required Locations

Required Locations means collectively: (a) the leased premises located at 12701 Commonwealth Drive, Suite 9, Fort Myers, Florida 33913, and (b) any location leased by Borrowers at which books and records relating to Accounts are kept of which duplicates are not kept at the location identified in (a) above.
Required Locations means the real estate locations owned by the Company or another Loan Party as listed on Exhibit G attached hereto. Related to Required Locations

  • Approved Location means the site for the operation of the Franchised Business selected by Franchisee and approved in writing by Franchisor;

A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Site Location means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • On-Site Generators means generation facilities (including Behind The Meter Generation) that (i) are not Capacity Resources, (ii) are not injecting into the grid, (iii) are either synchronized or non-synchronized to the Transmission System, and (iv) can be used to reduce demand for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.
