Required Overcollateralization Target definition
Required Overcollateralization Target means, for any Payment Date, the Required Total Enhancement Amount minus the amount on deposit in the Spread Account.
Required Overcollateralization Target means, for any Payment Date, the greater of (i) the Required Total Enhancement Amount minus the Supplemental Enhancement Account Required Balance and the amount on deposit in the Spread Account and (ii) 1.00% of the sum of the Original Pool Balance and the Pre-Funded Amount.
