Required Participant definition

Required Participant means an employee whose presence at a grievance meeting has been determined necessary by the agency.

• Required Participant Plan Contributions are designated picked-up by the Institution so as not to be included in Participants' gross income for federal tax purposes as provided by Code Section 414(h)(2).

• A Required Participant and a Required Participant’s supervisor shall not serve on the panel for that year.

• Cox’s monthly Courtesy Payment Requests will in all events be calculated by reference to Participants who are: (i) included in the Required Participant Information supplied by District; and (ii) enrolled in the Program and receiving internet services from Cox during the period covered by such request (such Participants sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “ Subscribed Participant(s)”).

• Required Participant Contributions under the Plan may be made on a pre-tax basis through salary reductions, to the extent permitted by Code section 125 and the Marathon Oil Company Cafeteria Plan.

• All Required Participants shall convene for clarification and approval of any amendment to the MOU which changes the operating responsibilities or procedures of a Required Participant.

• For each successive month during the Term of this MOU, District shall deliver to Cox, on or before the 20th of each calendar month, the updated Required Participant Information for such month.
