Required Performance Improvement definition

Required Performance Improvement has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3.7 of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks);

More Definitions of Required Performance Improvement

Required Performance Improvement means an improvement in the Franchise Operator's performance against: (a) the OP Target for Cancellations so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for Cancellations; and/or (b) the OP Target for TOC Minutes Delay so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for TOC Minutes Delay; and/or (c) the OP Target for T-3 so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for T-3; and/or (d) the OP Target for T-15 so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for T-15; and/or (e) the OP Target for All Cancellations so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for All Cancellations; (f) the OP Target for Short Formations so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for Short Formations;
Required Performance Improvement means a request for information or an apparent request under the Freedom of Information Act or the Environmental Information Regulations; has the meaning given to it in paragraph 19.8 of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks);
Required Performance Improvement has the meaning given to it inparagraph 21.1 of Schedule 7.1 (Operational Performance) means an REFERENCE (CLAUSE/PARAGRAPH/SCHEDULE) AMENDMENT improvement in the Franchisee's performance against: (a) the SBU Action Plan Level for WMSBU Cancellations or WCSBU Cancellations (as the case may be) so that such performance is equal to or better than the applicable SBU Action Plan Level for WMSBU Cancellations or WCSBU Cancellations; or (b) the SBU Action Plan Level for WMSBU TOC Minutes Delay or WCSBU TOC Minutes Delay (as the case may be) so that such performance is equal to or better than the applicable SBU Action Plan Level for WMSBU TOC Minutes Delay or WCSBU TOC Minutes Delay; or (c) the OP Target for T-3 so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for T-3; or (d) the OP Target for T-15 so that such performance is within or REFERENCE AMENDMENT (CLAUSE/PARAGRAPH/SCHEDULE) better than the OP Target for T- 15; or (e) the OP Target for All Cancellations so that such performance is within or better than the OP Target for All Cancellations; or (f) the SBU Action Plan Level for WMSBU Short Formations or WCSBU Short Formations (as the case may be) so that such performance is equal to or better than the applicable SBU Action Plan Level for WMSBU Short Formations or WCSBU Short Formations.

Related to Required Performance Improvement

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Certificate of Total Performance means a certificate issued indicating that the Work has been achieved;

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.

  • energy performance contracting means a contractual arrangement between the beneficiary and the provider of an energy efficiency improvement measure, verified and monitored during the whole term of the contract, where investments (work, supply or service) in that measure are paid for in relation to a contractually agreed level of energy efficiency improvement or other agreed energy performance criterion, such as financial savings;

  • Performance and Guarantee Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • Substantial Performance means the stage of completion when:(a) all Work, as certified by the Contract Administrator, is capable of completion or correction at a cost of not more than:

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Performance and Guarantee Tests , shall mean all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency, and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.

  • human performance means human capabilities and limitations which have an impact on the safety and efficiency of aeronautical operations;

  • Additional Performance Security shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 7.1;

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Environmental Performance means all or any of the following: the consumption of energy and associated generation of greenhouse gas emissions; the consumption of water; waste generation and management; and any other environmental impact arising from the use or operation of the Premises or the Estate;

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Energy savings performance contract means a contract under which the rate of payments is based upon energy and operational cost savings and a stipulated maximum energy consumption level over the life of the contract.

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;

  • Long-Term Performance Award means an award under Section 10 below. A Long-Term Performance Award shall permit the recipient to receive a cash or stock bonus (as determined by the Committee) upon satisfaction of such performance factors as are set out in the recipient's individual grant. Long-Term Performance Awards will be based upon the achievement of Company, Subsidiary and/or individual performance factors or upon such other criteria as the Committee may deem appropriate.

  • Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.
