REQUIRED REGULATORY PROVISIONS Sample Clauses
The "Required Regulatory Provisions" clause mandates that a contract or agreement must include specific terms or conditions necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or government directives. In practice, this clause ensures that the parties incorporate language or obligations that are legally required, such as anti-corruption measures, data protection standards, or equal opportunity provisions, depending on the jurisdiction and industry. Its core function is to guarantee that the contract remains legally valid and enforceable by proactively addressing regulatory requirements and minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
