Access to Documents. To the extent applicable to this Agreement, in accordance with §1861(v)(I)(i) of the Social Security Act (42 USC §1395x) as amended, and the provisions of 42 CFR §420.300 et seq, Contractor will allow, during and for a period of not less than four (4) years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, access to this Agreement and its books, documents, and records; and contracts between Contractor and its subcontractors or related organizations, including books, documents and records relating to same, by the Comptroller General of the United States, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and their duly authorized representatives.
Access to Documents. No employee shall be refused a request to inspect and copy documents relating to the employee’s claim of discrimination, except for records which are exempt from the provisions of the Public Records Act, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, provided, however, the University may charge for copies of documents in accordance with law, rule, university procedures, and this Agreement.
Access to Documents. The Executive shall have the right to obtain copies of any Bank or Bank documents that the Executive reasonably believes, in good faith, are necessary or appropriate in determining his entitlement to, and the amount of, payments and benefits under this Agreement.
Access to Documents. No faculty member shall be refused a request to inspect and copy documents relating to the faculty member’s claim of discrimination, except for records which are exempt from the provisions of the Public Records Act, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, provided, however, that the University Administration may charge for copies of documents in accordance with law, rule, University procedures, and this Agreement.
Access to Documents. The Employer agrees that the effective performance of employees requires that they have ready access to publications, reports and public documents in topic areas related to their work unit, and the Employer, therefore, agrees to facilitate such access.
Access to Documents. This requirement applies to all Agreements. FRA requires the inclusion of these requirements in Subcontracts over $100,000. ** Please be aware that the requirements in the Agreement regarding audit and inspection of records may require the Contractor to maintain files relating to this Agreement for a longer period of time than described in the requirement below. Please also be aware that, as described in the Agreement, the TJPA follows the provisions of the City and County of San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance regarding responses to public requests for certain bid documents. The Contractor must comply with the requirements described below and in the Agreement.
(a). Where the TJPA is considered a “local government” and is a Recipient or a subgrantee of a Recipient, in accordance with 49 CFR Section 18.36(i), the Contractor agrees to provide the TJPA, the FTA or FRA Administrator, the Comptroller General of the United States and/or any of their authorized representatives access to any books, documents, accounts papers and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to this Agreement (“Documents”) for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts and transcriptions. Contractor also agrees, pursuant to 49 CFR Section 633.17, to provide the FTA or FRA Administrator or its authorized representatives, including any project management oversight Contractor, access to Contractor's Documents and construction sites pertaining to a major capital project, defined at 49 U.S.C. Section 5302(a)1, which is receiving Federal financial assistance through the programs described at 49 U.S.C. sections 5307, 5309 or 5311.
(b). Where the TJPA is a Recipient or a subgrantee of a Recipient, in accordance with 49 U.S.C. Section 5325(a), and enters into a contract for a capital project or improvement (defined at 49 U.S.C. Section 5302[a]1) through other than competitive bidding, the Contractor agrees to provide the TJPA, the Secretary and the Comptroller General, or any authorized officer or employee of any of them, access to any Documents for the purposes of conducting an audit and inspection.
(c). The Contractor agrees to permit any of the foregoing parties to reproduce, by any means whatsoever, or to copy excerpts and transcriptions, as reasonably needed, of any Documents.
(d). The Contractor agrees to maintain all Documents required under this Agreement for a period of not less than three years after the date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, except ...
Access to Documents. In the event of a complaint respecting an employee’s pay, a representative of the Union shall have access to work schedules and/or pay records.
Access to Documents. 12.1 You acknowledge that if our Donor receives a request for access to a document created by, or in the possession of you, your Personnel or your subcontractors that relates to the performance of the Project, our Donor may at any time by written notice require us to provide the document to our Donor, and we must promptly comply with the notice and you will comply with our request for access to that document.
12.2 This Clause 12 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Access to Documents. 46.1 In this clause 46, ‘document’ has the same meaning as in the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth).
46.2 The Provider agrees that: where the Department has received a request for access to a document created by, or in the possession of, the Provider or any Subcontractor or any Third Party IT Provider, the Department may at any time by Notice require the Provider to provide the document to the Department and the Provider must, at no additional cost to the Department, promptly comply with the Notice; the Provider must assist the Department in respect of the Department’s obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth), as required by the Department; and the Provider must include in any Subcontract or contract with a Third Party IT Provider provisions that will enable the Provider to comply with its obligations under this clause 46.
Access to Documents. The Subgrantee shall provide any occupant of a Qualifying Dwelling Unit access to this document in accordance with federal and state laws regarding confidentiality and privacy.
