Required Remedial Measures definition
Required Remedial Measures has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(f).
Required Remedial Measures means all actions or other measures required under applicable Environmental Laws respecting the presence, release or threatened release into the environment, of any Hazardous Substances on or from the Real Property, including investigation, remediation, removal, corrective action, containment, closure, and/or monitoring.
