Required Sellers definition

Required Sellers means any combination of three (3) of the four (4) Sellers.

More Definitions of Required Sellers

Required Sellers means such Sellers who hold in the aggregate more than 50% of the then issued and outstanding Common Stock held by all Sellers as of immediately prior to the Closing (calculated (i) as if all issued and outstanding shares of Preferred Stock were converted into shares of Common Stock and (ii) as if all Options have been fully exercised into shares of Common Stock).

Required Sellers means the Share Sellers holding at least 50% in nominal value of the Shares and the Bond Sellers holding at least 50% of the face amount of the Bonds.
