Required Service Level definition

Required Service Level has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).
Required Service Level. Means the service level that GETECH are required to deliver under this agreement
Required Service Level in respect of any Service in any period means the standard of performance referred to in clause 2.2 in the provision of that Service in the period in question;

Examples of Required Service Level in a sentence

  • Except for the remedy specifically set forth in Section A-2 with respect to any Company failure to provide the Required Service Level, Company will only be liable under this Agreement for damages caused by inaccurate Flood Zone Determination Information provided by Company and used by Client only for the Authorized Uses.

  • Should A&P believe that a Delivery Schedule Violation has occurred, A&P shall give notice to C&S and C&S shall use its best efforts to immediately restore the Required Service Level.

  • If at any time during the term of this Agreement Company fails to provide the Required Service Level, Company shall have thirty (30) days after its receipt of written notice from Client of such failure to cure such failure.

  • Failure to achieve the applicable Required Service Level during or prior to the end of such * shall constitute a Service Level Default by C&S and Tops will be entitled to a penalty payment (the “Penalty Payment”) to the extent that the actual service level is below the applicable Required Service Level during such week until the Required Service Level is restored (“Penalty Period”).

  • As Client's sole and exclusive remedy for Company's failure to provide the Required Service Level, Company shall pay Client the amount by which the "Mitigation Payment Amount" exceeds the amount that Client would have paid the Company for service in excess of what the Company has supplied up to the Required Service Level.

Related to Required Service Level

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
