Required Specifications definition

Required Specifications means, in relation to the Customer Equipment, the
Required Specifications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13(d).
Required Specifications means (i) the requirements (including, without limitation, levels of accuracy, quality, completeness, timeliness, responsiveness, resource efficiency and productivity) set forth in a SOW, and (ii) standards generally accepted in the industry, each used to measure the completeness or adequacy of the Deliverables.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
