Required Vote has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2(b);

More Definitions of Required Vote

Required Vote. As defined in Section 13.3(a).
Required Vote means the vote of such GTY Shareholders as set forth in the Proxy Statement required to approve the GTY Shareholder Voting Matters.
