Required Working Capital definition

Required Working Capital has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(a);
Required Working Capital means an amount equal to nine percent (9.0%) of the trailing twelve month revenue of the Acquired Companies as of the Closing Date.
Required Working Capital means an amount equal to eighteen percent (18%) of the annualized amount of actual sales of the Companies during the 2010 Interim Period.
