Required Working Capital definition

Required Working Capital has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(a);
Required Working Capital means an amount equal to seven and 75/100 percent (7.75%) of the trailing twelve-month revenue of the Company as of the Closing Date.
Required Working Capital means an amount equal to eighteen percent (18%) of the annualized amount of actual sales of the Companies during the 2010 Interim Period.
