Examples of Requisite Approvals in a sentence
Subject to any Requisite Approvals, the Partnership shall not enter into any future management arrangement or renew or extend any existing management arrangement unless such arrangement is terminable without penalty upon the occurrence of the events described in this Article XI.
Any Partnership borrowings from any Partner shall be subject to any Requisite Approvals.
