Project Approvals definition

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

Project Approvals means, collectively, the Project's Existing Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals.

Project Approvals shall have that meaning set forth in Recitals A through F of this Agreement.

Examples of Project Approvals in a sentence

• The Parties acknowledge that, except as otherwise provided for in the Project Approvals, Developer shall have the vested right to Develop the Project on the Project Site in such order and at such rate and at such times as the Developer deems appropriate in the exercise of its business judgment.

• Developer shall provide publicly accessible open space on the Project Site, substantially in the size and in the locations provided in the Phase 1 Project and Project Approvals, and improved with active and passive recreation amenities, as provided in the Phase 1 Project and Project Approvals.

• In the event of any changes required by state or federal laws or regulations, the Developer and City shall meet and confer in good faith to determine what, if any, modifications to this Agreement and/or the Project Approvals would allow the Project and City to comply with such state or federal law or regulation while preserving to the maximum extent feasible the spirit and intent of the Parties in this Agreement and the Project Approvals.

• The vested permitted uses for the Project shall include those uses listed as “permitted” in the Project Approvals, as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall create any obligation for Developer to complete development of the Project, or any portion thereof, except and to the extent set forth in the Project Approvals.

More Definitions of Project Approvals

Project Approvals means all variances, waivers, and exceptions to the City Development Rules and the City Rules approved by the City, and all properly granted approvals required under the City Rules for the Property, including the plat approval, site development plans, and building permits.

Project Approvals means the approvals, certifications or actions listed on Exhibit B and any Subsequent Approvals, including all Conditions of Approval.

Project Approvals means those Discretionary Actions authorizing the Project

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorization, permits and licenses required under applicable Legal Requirements or under the terms of any restriction, covenant or easement affecting the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction and equipping, use and operation of the Project and the Improvements, whether obtained from a Governmental Authority or any other Person.

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. <insert ordinance # here> approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. <insert resolution # here>, adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;(3) Development Review No. 14-0004599.

Project Approvals means the project approvals listed in Exhibit C.

Project Approvals means the approval of development, other than development by the State or local government, in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area by the appropriate local approval authority. The term includes approval of subdivision plats and site plans; inclusion of areas within floating zones; issuance of variances, special exceptions, and conditional use permits; and issuance of zoning permits. The term does not include building permits.
