Requisite Consenting Equityholders definition
Requisite Consenting Equityholders means, at any relevant time, the Consenting Equityholders holding at least a majority of the common stock in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ held by such Consenting Equityholders (each of the foregoing described in clauses (1) through (4), together with Honeywell, Oaktree, and Centerbridge, collectively, the “Requisite Commitment Parties”).
