Requisite Currency definition
Requisite Currency means, in relation to any Notes, the currency in which such Notes are denominated;
Requisite Currency means, in relation to any Notes, the currency in which such Notes are denominated; “Securities Act” means the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended; “Series” means all Notes which are denominated in the same currency and which have the same Maturity Date and Interest Basis (both as indicated in the relevant Final Terms) and interest payment dates (if any) and the terms of which (save for the Issue Date, denomination, issue price and first interest payment (all as indicated in the relevant Final Terms)) are otherwise identical (including listing) and the expressions “Notes of the relevant Series”, “Holders of Notes of the relevant Series” and kindred expressions shall be construed accordingly;
