Requisite Senior Noteholders definition
Requisite Senior Noteholders. Has the same meaning as in the Senior Noteholder RSA.
Requisite Senior Noteholders means, as of the date of determination, Consenting Senior Noteholders holding at least a majority in aggregate principal amount outstanding of the Senior Notes held by the Consenting Senior Noteholders as of such date.
