In addition, where two or more Limited Partners holding not less than 25% of the outstanding Units in number (the "Requisitioning Partners") give notice requesting a meeting of the Partnership signed by each of them to the General Partner, the General Partner will forthwith give 21 days notice of a meeting in accordance with this Agreement, and if it fails to do so, any Requisitioning Partner may convene such meeting by giving notice in accordance with this Agreement.
