Research Agency means any agency which has been selected by the Borrower in accordance with criteria set forth in the Operational Manual for implementation of research activities under Part 1 (c) of the Project.

  • Should a Task Order be terminated prior to fulfillment of the terms stated therein, the Research Agency shall be reimbursed only for actual expenses and noncancelable obligations, both direct and indirect, incurred to the date of termination.
