Research Inventions definition

Research Inventions means any inventions, discoveries, improvements, processes, techniques, Know-How, information and data developed, generated, discovered, conceived or reduced to practice during the performance of the Work Plan (as defined in Section 4.1) and relating to the Compounds, whether or not patentable.
Research Inventions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.
Research Inventions means collectively all inventions, Know-How, trade secrets, discoveries, development, methods, techniques, formulae, processes and compositions of matter, whether or not patentable, resulting or derived from or directly relating to SurModics’ and/or Edge’s activities under the Development Agreement or any other agreement between the Parties.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, each Party may disclose to the other Party confidential information, including but not limited to IMMUNOGEN Background Technology, Research Inventions, Research Data and Research Materials.

Research Inventions means any and all inventions and discoveries in the Field (including, without limitation, any and all improvements to the methods set forth in the claims of the '681 Patent, any and all genes and corresponding mutations thereof responsible for idiopathic hemochromatosis, and all uses thereof in the Field), which are conceived or discovered by BRI during the term of, and in the course of performing research pursuant to, the Research Agreement.
