During the Term of this Agreement, each Party may disclose to the other Party confidential information, including but not limited to IMMUNOGEN Background Technology, Research Inventions, Research Data and Research Materials.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Work Plan, Licensor shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Research Inventions, including, without limitation, all Research Patents and all other intellectual property rights appurtenant to the Research Inventions.
