Research Office means a business unit within an Eligible Organisation that is responsible for administrative contact with the ARC regarding Proposals and Projects. Research Output means all products of the research Project that meet the ARC definition of Research. Responsible Officer means the Vice-Chancellor or other corporate head of the Administering Organisation or an officer nominated by that person. RMS means the ARC’s online Research Management System. Scheme has the meaning given in Parties and Recitals.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement.
