If the Parties agree on such amended Research Plan and Budget in writing and within the relevant Option Period, Arvinas shall be obligated to perform such additional work as an Additional Stage under the Research Program, and Pfizer shall pay for such activities in accordance with the relevant Budget and mutually agreed payment terms.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Sponsoring Institution through Grantee agrees to perform the Sponsored Research in accordance with the Research Plan and Budget.

In each case, such Research shall be conducted solely pursuant to a Research Program, as further described in the Research Plans and Budgets, and Focal shall use its reasonable efforts to diligently perform the Research Program in accordance with the Research Plan and Budget then in effect.
