Research Program Compound definition

Research Program Compound means any Compound utilized or generated pursuant to a Work Plan containing one or more Pre-Existing Nanobodies or Nanobodies generated under the Work Plan, and, in each case, Directed to a Sanofi Target, but excluding Compounds that contain Excluded Nanobodies.
Research Program Compound means a compound that has been synthesized by 3DP in the course of the Research Program, e.g., in the course of optimizing an Active Compound.
Research Program Compound means (a) any molecule or compound that contains, comprises or incorporates (i) [***] (ii) [***] (b) [***]

Research Program Compound means any compound within the scope of a pending or issued claim within the Research Patent Rights. Each Research Program Compound that meets the requirements of Section 1.21 will be deemed to be a Compound for all purposes under the Agreement.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
