Research Reports definition

Research Reports shall have the meaning set forth in §2.2(a) of this Agreement.
Research Reports means research reports published in the academic journals of Japan or foreign countries or research reports, etc. published internally or by relevant business entities.

More Definitions of Research Reports

Research Reports means all research data and reports created or prepared by the Shareholder or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, in connection with the sale, distribution and marketing of financial services products, brokerage services and/or the competitive equivalents thereof, including, without limitation, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, margin contracts, insurance products, limited partnership interests or securities, in the ordinary course of business.
Research Reports means the reports on the progress and findings of the Research Project which the Principal Investigator shall provide to Sponsor in accordance with Appendix “A”.
Research Reports means the written report summarizing the results of the research conducted during the term of the Research Program, including but not limited to all data, conclusions, results, observations and a detailed description of all procedures.
Research Reports means the reports required to be provided pursuant this Agreement with respect to the Research Program, including the quarterly reports summarizing the Catalyst Research Activities during the Research Term as described in Section 3.4.1 and research cost reports as described in Section 7.2 (Reimbursement of Research Costs).
Research Reports shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3.1.4(b).

Related to Research Reports

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Regulatory Filings means all applications, filings, dossiers and the like submitted to a Regulatory Authority in a particular jurisdiction for the purpose of obtaining Regulatory Approval of a Licensed Product from that regulatory authority with respect to such jurisdiction. Regulatory Filings shall include, but not be limited to, all INDs and Drug Approval Applications for Licensed Product.

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Regulatory Filing means any filing with any Governmental Authority with respect to the research, development, manufacture, distribution, pricing, reimbursement, marketing or sale of a Product.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the Takeover Rules.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Patient identifying information means an insured's address, telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address, photograph or likeness, employer, employment status, social security number, or any other information that is likely to lead to the identification of the insured.

  • Third Party Reports With respect to any Mortgaged Property, the related Appraisal, Phase I environmental report, Phase II environmental report, seismic report or property condition report, if any.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.
