Research Services definition

Research Services means research, information or recommendations related to a Financial Instrument generally, and not directed at a specific dealing in a Financial Instrument or a particular client;
Research Services means any services rendered by Member (itself or through its Affiliate or subcontractor) to LLC pursuant to a Research Service Order.
Research Services means the research services to be provided by Monash under this Agreement, as described in the Details;
