Research Targets definition

Research Targets means the AstraZeneca CV Targets, the AstraZeneca Oncology Target and the AstraZeneca Exclusive Target, and will not include any Discontinued Targets (and further, any Target definitions that underlie the definitions of the AstraZeneca Exclusive Target, the AstraZeneca CV Targets or the AstraZeneca Oncology Target will not include any Discontinued Targets).
Research Targets means all Targets as each specifically relates to a CAR-M that are nominated by Moderna or Carisma and included in a Research Program pursuant to Section 2.2.
